My foot hurts when I press on it?

There is a little area, my foot hurts when I press in it. When I'm normal and walking I can't feel it, it's not hard, there are no colours or anything. My limbs are always cold though. When I press on it it hurts, not really bad, but there is pain. I'm worried because it's been like his for 3 weeks. What could it be..I'm not sure if it's a bruise since, it isn't hard or coloured
