How to add Admin panel to my website?

the website is event management system , it has login page , event registration form , gallery of events with pictures , and the important page s the table which events are stored with 7 to 8 columns. i used HTML , CSS , PHP to create this website and i need a admin panel to control it ,, for exmple i will be able to edit ,delete and add events.
