How to find great friends?

So I don't really fit anywhere at the moment, 9 months ago my mum banned me from seeing my boyfriend and I used to spend my time constantly with him and our best mate (who I new for 9 years and him for 4) but the best mate has moved away now anyway but we used to have the best time just constant lazy days video games beach town anything just us 3 and I'd give anything in the world to have something that amazing again! I'm 14, might be moving away soon, I know it's difficult but any tips for finding that sort of amazing friendship again? I'd really appreciate any useful advice and please no hate! Thank you!
