Why don't black women view white men as a trophy?

Why don't black women view white men as a trophy the same way black men view white women as a trophy? isn't it usually minority women who worship men? not the other way around? why do black women still view black men as a trophy when white men have more to offer? i always thought white was a step up and women want to date men who will improve their gene pool? black women thinking is so backwards..
