Question #11700109

Can anyone recommend for me a computer for minecraft?

Well, my original plan was to be a PC gamer because PC was able to do everything that I would need it to do. But then I turned around and realized "my friends are all on Xbox Live, and I really only want a PC for Microsoft office and recording my minecraft gameplay". When it came down to this inescapable fact, I realized that I didn't need to go Overpowered on something so simple. I was wondering if the community could tell me what I would need to be able to play minecraft at a solid 30 FPS, maybe higher, never going below it, while I'm recording my gameplay. I would like to be playing at at least 12 chunks, mop map level 4 and anti-something at 4, with smooth lighting and such to make it look nice. Other than that MS office runs on almost every windows device I could think of. I'm willing to build my PC if that's what it takes, but it needs to be a compete desktop, not lacking any parts whatsoever. I can do without peripherals for now, just as long as I have the desktop. My goal is to have it under $450, after taxes. The other portions of my money will go to getting an Xbox, and a phone. Please bear in mind that I'm 14 and I just need some help. Thanks!
