How much weight in how much amount of time will i lose if i do this? 1. Run on the treadmill 15 minutes a day 2. Skip 30 minutes a day 3. Walk 30 minutes a day 4. Drink atleast 2l of water 5. Eat healthier 6. NO JUNK FOOD. thanksss :)
