That feeling, at the moment the airplane leave the ground?

I'm wondering, what causes that feeling when the airplane depart, at the moment the tires leave the ground. What is happening inside our body? Why will we feel like a sudden pressure, don't really know that feeling is coming from the lungs or from the brain or from somewhere else of the body. And it'll gone just after a few seconds.
