Can I mail a hair bow in a regular letter envelope or do I need to use a bubble wrap envelope?

So I'm selling hair bows and can I just mail one hair bow (duct tape bow) in a regular letter envelope? If not, if I mail the bow in a bubble wrap envelope how many postal stamps do I need on it?
