hey.. i need help regarding ask.com in mobile apps?

i have made an account on ask.fm , when i was trying to upload a picture, they asked do u allow or don'y allow and and by mistake i clicked on don't allow. i want to upload a picture and now they ask me to go on privacy settings and click on access on pictures. please help me as soon as possible :) thanx
