Am I having a miscarriage?

I dont know where to start from. Basically I had a car accident in friday about 5 oclock and 9 o clock I had borwn discharge. I woke up in the morning and had blood clothing for all day. And today it was bleeding like a period with blood discharge. And I was getting ready to go to the hospital befor3 I left my house I had big cloth coming out of it looked like a meat and it was a bit bigger that 50 p size. I rushed to hospital they done urinate test. They said that it probably was a membrane coming out of me and pregnancy test is still positive. They booked an appointment on Tuesday for a scan. But im still worrying about my baby im about 7-8weeks pregnant.does my baby will survive. Or im having a miscarriage. Should I report for injury claim my baby got in danger
