Possible to change stereo/radio in 06 plate nissan micra sport?

basically I used to have a Clio which was very easy to change the radio for, but the micra radio is built in and is a totally different shape to my new radio which I bought. I really want an aux input so stuck for what to do/ how to change the radio. any help please?
