Will re-stretched ears shrink back down?

I have previously stretched my ears to 8mm. They shrunk down to normal size, but I am planning on stretching them again, to about 10mm. Because they were previously stretched, will that affect the shrinking process of the 10mm ones? (once I've stretched them, obviuosly :)) Thanks!
