What kind of account is my Easton vance account?

I have an Easton Vance account that my grandfather started for me years ago. I would like to take a thousand out for some back up. Is there a fine. I also want to start putting money back into the Easton Vance account. Can it be set up with direct deposit? I would like 5% of my paychecks to go into it. That way I can keep it growing.
