A little paycheck math problem?

I'm trying to figure out how much I get taxed on my paychecks. My last paycheck my gross pay was $545.99 and my net pay was $439.15. So how much of a percentage is that? And also, given that percentage, what would be the net pay if the gross is $449.50 Thank you!!
