Can't access mail options in Desktop Yahoo email.?

Mail options access *WAS* by clicking on gear icon in upper right corner. That changed to 'Ad-Free Mail' in the gear icon. It showed me that my credit card needed updating. I did that. But I still cannot click 'Mail Options'
