i forget my secret qwestion for yahoo messenger?

How can I unlock my yahoo account without knowing the answer to the secret question? do not know when my account has been blocked and now I dont know what to do, I forgot the answer to the secret question,I can receive a code on phone to reactivate yahoo ID or something like this ? or can I use another yahoo account to unlock it? PLS help me,this is my ID 3 years old,i have many accounts in it Sorry for bad english
