Help with commit suicide?

So here is the story of my life: I'm called Wilhem, I am 13 and I migrated to Scotland. The only things that I want to achieve in my life are to share my tremendous theories with the whole world and revolutionize human thinking. I believe that it is exceedingly possible for me to achieve that, however, there are certain barriers that stand in front of me: The first one is my school and the education system: I can't go to University in Glasgow if I do not have the qualifications (hence I must take tests - which I utterly despise and have a theory about). I could obtain the qualifications easily but I'll have to wait 3 years which is painful. I have tried asking my teachers if I can set my Higher exams ( I have all the knowledge I need for the Higher exams and all for my future jobs - theoretical physicist and philosopher) but they are very illogical, and hence they refuse - they say it is because of the Education System but I think they could do something about that, but they just seem not to care. I want to talk to someone from a University who can help me publish my theories and share them with the world, but I have found none. This puts me at a very doleful situation making all my hopes and dreams futile. This has made me consider suicide. Can anyone help me with my problems?
