What kind of things can I do with these A-Levels?

I'm still doing my GCSEs, but am predicted all As and A*s. I already have an A in Psychology, which is the only GCSE I have so far. I'm planning to take English Literature, History, Government & Politics and Philosophy for AS Level, although I'm not sure what subject I will drop for A2 yet. Are these good choices? What kind of things can I do with them? I have no real idea. By the way, I have aspergers syndrome (autism) and OCD, which can cause some issues. My main interests are politics, philosophy, writing, reading, history and sociology.
