Best friend being a complete jerk?

So my supposed "best friend" has become this HUGE b**ch. It basically started when she started dating her now-boyfriend. She's become extremely judgmental and rude. I took time off from school this term, and I just yesterday started a new job. But before that, I was in between my last job and my job now. (she doesn't go to school and doesn't have a job) But she still felt the need to tell me "you have to at least get accepted to schools" and "you don't even have a job" I just got my third tattoo yesterday. She feels like the need to tell me how much she basically hates them, even though they shouldn't bother her. Especially since they're small and are hidden. I just received a text from her this morning saying "stop getting tattoos you wh0re" What the F. Is she serious?? I am so tired of her. What do I say back to her and what should I do??
