What's wrong with my period/ovary?

Hi, this is Bens girlfriend on here but anyways, i'm a 16 year old female and i've been having such bad pressure on my right ovary for about two months now, and the pain today has been so bad. Not only is my right ovary hurting but my right side and right side of my lower back is hurting aswell. I should be getting my period sometime in the next one-two days but i just went to the bathroom and my urine was clear and when i wiped there was a very light red color on the toilet paper and it was a little watery. My periods are never like this, if that's even my period and i've been looking it up and i am for sure NOT pregnant. It's impossible because i'm still a virgin. What could this be? I'm in so much pain right now.
