I'm falling in love with a much older guy!?

There is this guy at my work and we chat a lot. I noticed he likes me, actually he REALLY likes me. He always talks to me, even if he's just chatting to someone else, he stops and focuses all his attention on me when I come. He always acts like I'm more important to him than other people at work. We chat about everything, he's always interested in my personal life. I like him soooooo much, in fact, it's been like this for a while and I am falling in love with him! He's much older than me tough - it's not a big deal for though. The thing is, I think he can see that that I have some feelings for him. I want to go out with him but I'm afraid to initiate anything, so scared that he may refuse to go out with me. What do I do?
