Question #11800169

How hard is LPN school compared to nursing school (RN)?

Originally I was wanting to get into nursing school to obtain my RN, but after a lot of consideration and advice from other nurses, they told me to get my LPN (licensed practical nurse) first because they told me that nursing school is extremely overwhelming and very difficult to get into. Plus, I really struggle with microbiology and that actually isn't a course required in the LPN program here. Is LPN school like nursing school in that it takes over your life completely? How hard is it? I already study every night (about 1.5 to 2 hours). But I just wanted some advice. Thanks!
