iPhone 4 camera bad after iOS7?

I have a iPhone 4 and when I updated it to ios7 my camera became really bad. its really poor quality and different lighting doesn't help. What should I do, Is there anything? I'm so annoyed. I need this iPhone to last 1 more year. Can I downgrade to iOS 6?
