Question #12200089

Someone help me plan a workout regime at the gym?

Hi there I work at a sports club and have started to take advantage of the machines in the gym. However my current regime is basically run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes then go from machine to machine until my upper body muscles feel dead. I want to use the treadmill to start, what speed etc should I put it on, should it go up gradually? And how long on the treadmill for? I want it to improve my cardio, get rid of my stomach fat and get fitter in general. Next I want to build up my upper body muscles, my rear deltas, pecs, abs, biceps, triceps and get a tone, fit upper body. I don't want to be a beefcake though. The machines I use are this one where it has a bicep curl up, and a tricep pushdown. This one where you sit down and pull the weight into you from both sides to do the pecs/deltas, this one where you sit and pull the weight down to you like you are holding onto the rung of a ladder and lastly the free weights Would appreciate any help and guidance also any diet tips would be handy, am not interested in doing leg weights as my legs are in good shape anyway, I walk a lot and I can play football for those.
