Where can I find rental houses in Myrtle Beach for 18 year olds?

I have a group of 20 friends (counting myself) that are looking for a house to rent in Myrtle. However, we are all 18 and most only rent to ages of 25+. anyone know any places I could look? Also, we are trying to find a place that is close to the boardwalk and not in a family oriented community
