Verizon Wireless iPhone Question?

I live in Arizona and am planning on buying my friends old iPhone 4 so I can activate it and use it. I currently have a droid pro and pay thirty dollars a month for 2 GB of data, basically I'm asking if Verizon provides a 30 dollar data plan for the iPhone as well, thanks!
