VC++ installed but can't run or find files?

I installed VC++ 2012 and the installer told me the installation was successful, but I cannot find any executable to start the program nor can I actually find the program files for VC++ anywhere. I've looked in C:Program Files and everywhere else I put programs. But when I went into control panel and found VC++ in the list of programs. What am I missing?
