im being scammed from malaysia and from someone that says he is a soldier?

I have had contact with someone named jameshutton40@o.com and also using messenger also from malasian customs dept customcare3@gmail.com they are asking for a lot of money wich I was stupid and sent because I had talk to this man through email and messenger for about a month ans I need help
