I dont know her but she's pretty cute?

Well there this girl at my school and she's really Cute. Long story short she sat in front of me at the lunch table one day and i havent started thinking about her since. And it was just me and her she sat like in Front of me. Why didnt i say anything to her when i had the chance to get to know her.
