Am I too short to be an outside hitter in volleyball?

im 5'4" and im 14 years old. im playing in club as an outside hitter, but im worried i wont be tall enough. i have a pretty high vertical, like 24 inches or so, but ive never worked it or done exercises specifically for the vertical, so im thinking if i do some workouts i could bring my vertical up a few inches. also, when i jump to block, i go about 8 1/2" above the net. what do you think? do you think im too short to be an outside hitter?
