gtx 660 ti having trouble with BF4?

i have a gtx 660 ti with a 4770k cpu. I heard that my card can easily play BF4 at high 60 FPS but when i play, at times it can be a stutterfest at ultra/high. Is this normal or is it because of a driver issue? is my card too outdated?
