My mom won't sign me up for dance!!?

I want to dance so bad and she doesn't want me to do it. I've done so many things for her and she won't sign me up. She thinks dance is useless. She always pay attention to my baby brother and never to me. She always gives him whatever he wants. How do I convince my mom to sign me up for dance? Please answer
