Help with dream interpretation please?

I had a dream earlier where I was in a small support group for a really bad disease. I listened to the group tell stories and answer questions from the group leader. I felt a little funny being there and asked the leader if I really had this disease. She told me the doctor said it shows in your blood work but he still needs to confirm it. After she spoke she then kissed me on the forehead, bridge of nose and then the nose. I left after that. What could this dream mean and why was this stranger kissing me? Thanks.
