How big should a senior varsity offensive guard be?

Im currently 6' 188lbs, and I play DE. But I wanna play guard as well so this off season I will be reaching at least 200lbs and 215lbs at most, is this good enough for playing guard? I dont really wanna be 300 lbs. Also im 17 is there a way I can help myself grow a few more inches?
