Art supplies for a Christmas gift?

My best friend told me that all she wants for Christmas is art supplies, and I wanna get her some nice tools that she'll love, but art supplies is a very wide selection.... She's really talented but in between the beginner-intermediate stage. I can spend about $20-25. What should I get for her? Thanks for the help! :)
