I am going on a no bread diet?
So i am starting a diet on Monday, for about 2-3 months, Basically i will only be eating light and only healthy stuff like fruit, chicken, veges I am cutting out bread, i already don't eat chips or drink soft drink so that's okay, i just need some alternatives for bread and is it safe to give up bread entirely? i don' really want to eat it, as it puts on belly fat, i don't even want grain bread...
