Will these self harm scars ever go away?

So I recently started to self harm again and after a while the lines turn from a dark red to like a brown ish scar, making it look like a thin scab. Are these actually scabs? Will these go away and not scar me forever? I'm really hoping these aren't actual scab and scars idk what to do
