Which microphone should I get for recording guitar?

I am looking for a good condenser microphone for around 100-200$ range that can record acoustic guitar really well. I am thinking about the CAD e70 Condenser Microphone. But is their a better microphone that you would suggest? Also for preamps, I am thinking about the ART Tube MP Project Series Microphone Preamp. Does the microphone you suggest or the CAD e70 good with this preamp? Is their a better Preamp I can get?
