On December 03, 2013 my i-Phone 4s started having problems. Yahoomail can't connect with the server.?

Since December 03, I'm not able to unload my Yahoo! mail from my i-Phone 4s. Is this a problem with the i-Phone or with Yahoo!? Please let me know what to do. Thank you, jetlag_rob@yahoo.com
