is it true that Koreans don't like black skin,especially Africans?

most people say Korean turn their back to black people who mostly want to be friends with them,for example....am from Tanzanian country in Africa if i were black would they ignore me because of a black skin?but the saddest thing is where are they found in our country?its real hard to learn Korea language and make Korean friends if this is true.
