Why Won't my android apps work?

I have reset and turned my wifi conection on and off, turned my phone on and off. It's connected to the local wifi but cause the only thing working for intetnet is the web. But my kik, fb, and google play isn't working/sending messages/logging in. I have no clue what to do.
