Overclocking my GT 740M?

I recently purchased a laptop with these specs : I7-4700MQ Mobile Processor 2.4ghz (turbo 3.4) 500gb 5400rpm SAT A300 Hard Drive 8gb DDR3-1600 Ram Mobile Intel HM87 Express Chipset Mai board Windows 8.1 (64 bit) NVIDIA GT 740M 2gb PCIe Video And I was wondering if anyone could tell me some good overclock settings for the CPU and gpu, Thanks :)
