Poll: how can I fall asleep now?

After listening to the creepiest of creepy pastas, I close my eyes at night and try to fall asleep, but as soon as i do so...I just remember every single story and quickly check to see if some horrible monstrosity is waiting for me. Tell me more how I shouldn't be afraid of old people with skeletal bodies?
