What foundations are good for dry skin?

I am using No7 foundation at the moment. As its a moisturising liquid foundation that doesn't dry out my skin like MAC does. What other foundations are good. I only pay 14.00 GBP for it, so I would like one that's a bit more expensive. I am of mixed race ethnicity. Is bobbi brown good or olay total effects? Any help would be great.
