Im a teenager and i got a choice between Spain Mallorca or california la/beverly hills?

Im 16 and i got a choice to make where i live, well my mother wants to go to Spain but I'm not sure i rather go California for the wealthy lifestyle and just all the things you can do in la/beverly please i need help to decide ( i play football i used to play for Manchester city so i want to play for another team like la galaxy....)
