Would I obviously know if I was 11 weeks pregnant?

I struggle with an eating disorder and before my oops with a guy happened I had been taking birth control. My eating disorder has always made my period very inconsistent but a couple weeks after I slept with my friend I stopped taking it because I wanted to be healthy and not sleep around at all! I think I had my period after but can't remember. I haven't had it for over a month is it possible I got pregnant? :0 would I be able to physically tell and feel super different if I was 11 weeks pregnant? Please help!
