Could I have gotten "glutened" by kissing my boyfriend?

I have celiac I've been doing really good with avoiding gluten. But last night my boyfriend had pizza and beer. And when he got home we made out. I feel really sick, like when I've had something with gluten. So could I have gotten it from just kissing him? Sorry if this seemed like a dumb question! Just don't know what else caused it!
