Has anyone dealt with migraine pain?

I hate when doctors say there's no cure, I still have hope they will go away some day. I honesty can't take it anymore! Why does it have to be me, I know many people have it worse but I can only handle so much. I'm losing hope and I'm at the point of no return, I'm going to kill myself if they don't get better. I'd rather die than have to live with this awful pain it feels like someone stabbing me in the head all the time. Has anyone dealt with this before??
