Did you have a lot of fun in your early 20's?

I've been stuck in a city I hate where I don't have friends for the past 5 years and I'm about to turn 24 in the moving year. It sucks, and feel like I've wasted my formative years. I suppose I'm terribly though as I don't plan on every getting married so ill make up for when I finally get out of this which will incidentally be next year, and from that point on will have the rest of my life to party hard.
