recover bookmarks from google account in google chrome or torch?

i was formatted my laptop, and i was using google chrome browser, i'm trying to recover my bookmarks from google account. i was searched in google chrome setting for option recover bookmark but i didnt found. when open setting > Google Dashboard. i see 69 bookmarks. can anyone help me please ??
